Appeal to the Spread of Green Building on Existing Building Sector by G-SEED Certification Status and Standards Proposal

In the building sector, various policies and standards, including energy reduction design green certification, zero certification have been implemented for reducing use greenhouse gas emissions. However, existing standards prepared new buildings, review of buildings is insufficient. Therefore, in this study, we reviewed current relation to analyzed acquisition status certification. addition, through analysis each criterion, limitations scope improvement were suggested. Consequently, measures improve evaluation criteria derived, such as applying actual energy-saving rate expanding materials. Through application are expected proceed.
